Jason Boyd (musician)

Jason Boyd, better known as Poo Bear, Pooh Bear or MDMA is an American musician, music producer, and songwriter from Las Vegas, Nevada currently signed to 1st & 15th Entertainment.[1] He is best known for his production for artists like Lupe Fiasco, Lloyd, Yelawolf, Kelis, Usher, Ruben Studdard, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Kelly Rowland, among others.[2]

Career

Boyd have contributed vocals to many albums, such like Radioactive's "Good Girl" and "Hardest Love Song in the World", in Lasers's "I Don't Wanna Care Right Now", "Beautiful Lasers (2 Ways)" and "Coming Up", in Beautifully Human: Words and Sounds Vol. 2's "My Petition", in Blackout! 2's "Hey Zulu" and "I Knows Stompn", in We Global's "Standing On the Mountain Top", in We the Best's "Before the Solution", in Reggie's "When the Lites Go Off", in Back 2 da Basics' "That's What They Made It Foe", in The Elephant in the Room's "Get It for Life" and "Preacher on a Sunday Morning", also in Lupe Fiasco's The Cool's "Hi-Definition".

He also have wrote and arranged songs for artists like Camouflage, Pink, 112, Howard Jones, Blu Cantrell, Jill Scott, Usher, Big Boi, Amerie, Brooke Hogan, Yo Gotti, Ludacris and Chris Brown among others.[3] Boyd, along with Mally Mall, is also owner of Future Music Recording Studios located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In February 5, 2011 he released his first single titled "Cupcakin'" as MDMA. The song features Lupe Fiasco.[4]
